Kristin Giese founded all moxie in the fall of 2002 at the age of 26 in Chicago, IL. What began as a PR and branding agency quickly expanded into talent management with a range of national clients including Harley Pasternak, Brian Atwood, and Nate Berkus.

Her partnership with Berkus would last more than 15 years and prove to have the largest impact on her career trajectory. At the helm, Kristin expanded the company to a 150M dollar brand, orchestrating partnerships with HARPO & “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” Linens N Things, HSN, Target, NBC, OWN, TLC, and many more, as well as moving her business to NYC to launch a nationally syndicated talk show the pair sold to HARPO in the fall of 2010 and onto LA for TV projects in 2014.

Collectively Kristin has produced hundreds of hours of television, serving as a consulting producer on Berkus’ talk show and an EP on Nate & Jeremiah by Design on TLC, a show Kristin created for the duo. She has since launched successful formats with clients on a range of streaming and network platforms.

Additionally, Kristin continues to be a prolific lifestyle talent manager and television producer with three development deals in place for shows she has created or is collaborating on. She is also a two-time author with her first novel Unverified, a soapy, sudsy rom com with more than 350, 4 and 5-star reviews and her second book, Another Hysterical Female, for which Kristin received critical acclaim. “Written with a stand-up’s snap and love of a punchline,” booklife by Publisher’s Weekly.

Kristin currently resides in Ohio, where she has headquartered all moxie in closer proximity to her family and is hard at work writing her third novel.
